For this reason we approach training in five key areas to round out your business skill sets and help you constantly learn whether you have been in the business a day or thirty years.
Tech Training: We handle tech training via live workshops, one on one support, and recorded video sessions. Our goal is to make sure we not only give you the best tools in the business but also make sure you know how to use them.
Power Hours: Every Tuesday at 10:30 AM we host a live, online, and recorded training session with topics that cover a broad spectrum but always bring an added value to your business. Sessions may include guest speakers from lenders, attorneys, contractors, tech products, top producers, etc.
Field Study: Once a month we hit the roads to learn about the product you sell. If you don't know about your product how can you sell it? We teach agents about heating systems, structural components, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and anything else that makes up a home. We also discuss staging ideas, marketability, and discuss pricing of homes.
Skill set training: We provide our agents access to take part in the Verl Workman training platform that offers on demand training programs that will help your business explode if you dig in and go through each program. You will have access to the Buyer Agent Mastery (BAM) program, Seller Listing Agent Mastery (SLAM) program, and the Admin Mastery Program (AMP). Each program is 8-10 hours broken into 20-30 min sections with homework after each session. Mentoring: New agents are aligned with a mentor for their first two deals. The mentor will help you through the ins and outs of your first couple deals. Over our 12 years in the industry we have seen that the best way for new agents to grow is to have a mentor.
